Jurisdiction, Severability
Any action arising out of these Terms of Use or the Site shall be litigated in, and only in, courts located in New York, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts and further agree that they are a convenient forum for you.

In the event that any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the unenforceable provision will be replaced with an enforceable provision that comes close to the intention underlying the unenforceable provision.

Social Media Disclosure
BRIGHTON and those that post on BRIGHTON’s behalf could be a client or investor in BRIGHTON products or services, and this incentivizes them to speak positively about the firm.

You may choose to engage with us on social media, including those that are linked from our Site. BRIGHTON’s social media accounts represent the opinions of BRIGHTON as a firm and certain BRIGHTON team members maintain social media accounts that represent the opinions of individual analysts or other BRIGHTON team members.
